The whole process from booking, picking up and then dropping the van back off was incredibly straightforward.  Lee and Darshan were incredibly professional, patient and communicative.  Lee especially helped me with some additional requests I had which really helped alleviate the stress of moving house. The Kia PV5 was a pleasure to drive and the vehicle was handed to me in a pristine state with a full battery.  Would highly recommend renting vehicles from this company.
