I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who was incredibly helpful and friendly. She explained that they might not have the exact size van we needed, but reassured me that she'd make sure there was something suitable available for us to collect the next day. She also clearly told us everything we needed to bring, which made the whole process really easy. When we arrived the next day, everything was ready and we were in and out within 15 minutes. Moving house is stressful enough, but the team at Easihire made this part of it completely hassle-free.
