Yes by all means unfortunately this company is chaotic run by their ceo an elderly gentleman who as little respect for his employees that try their utmost best to run the business smoothly however he treats his employees with little respect and integrity heallows his employees to have cards so they are able to purchase only what they need for work related things such as fuel experiences how this only works when he decides to top up money on their cards to the employees that are aloud to however when they go to purchase such fuels so they are able to travel to destinations elsewhere in the country such as Scotland staff are constantly complaining that they don’t have enough money or no funds to purchase fuel or anything else such as transport to help employees to get back home or work place, this company as it sappears never as enough funds to pay into the company cards they kindly provide employees with not enough especially when you find yourself funding the company until they decide to refund you for what they owe them, if the truth be known this is a real shoddy run company run on a shoestring being a former employee.
We have used Easihire many times to rent a 9 seater minibus for holidays (every time we go away we seem to take more people and need more seats and space).Easihire are great to deal with - very down-to-earth, friendly, welcoming and supportive. DO NOT USE. Van hired was unsafe and would not pass an MOT. CK14YZM van I hired at 5pm and returned the following morning had no choice to use it as was house moving in evening.1. Driver light - out2. Right Indicator - Faulty3. Handbrake sensor faulty - kept going off whilst driving even though handbrake was fully down.4. Cracked light at rear5. Lots of damage to passenger side so when checking at beginning of hire, the guy said i will just 'write off; the passenger side.When I returned the vehicle there was no apology, just an ok, tell the guy inspecting. When i told the guy inspecting, he rolled his eyes as if to say, tell me something else.Complained no acknowledgement of email.. 2 weeks later still had no formal response. Chased twice. 1st time said being investigated. 2nd time write a formal letter to head office (which the address is them at Wigan). They don't care once they had your money.OMG 2 YEARS LATER REAPONSE TO COMMENT. THE ONLY RESPONSE IS A FULL STOP TODAY FROM THEM. WOW!!!!!

Very friendly. Great price and easy hassle free pick up and drop off. No issues with the van was just what I needed. Only wanted it for a few hours on Sunday but office was closed at 12. So had until next day, so had 24 hours only still worked out same price as the other local one that I was going to get for 4 hours. Will definitely be using again

Called into Easihire car& Van hire Wigan. Spoke to very friendly and approachable staff. Great experience. The box van I hired was virtually new. It was a VW Diesel, large box van with tail lift. Glad to was not electric! I would have not been able to complete my task in the available time I had to do the job, due to lack of range.The van was dream to drive. So easy. I drove up to Newcastle and back from Wigan and halfway back to Newcastle on a single tank. That’s was over 350 miles with a heavy load. With head lights and heater on all the time also wipers going at least half of the time.I can highly recommend this firm. Excellent service from them.
2nd time we have rented a campervan for these guys and the experience was just as good this time round. We took the van up to the isles of Mull and Skye in Scotland. We had the Fiat Ducato style van for 10 nights. On the 1st night we noticed an issue with the bed. We relayed the info to the team and it was resolved quickly. The van was faultless for our journey and it had only done around 2k miles. It was easy to drive and all the water/ electric controls were easy to use. The drop off and pick up service was great. Highly recommend this place
We were let down by a company we had rented a motor home from the day before our holiday .I rang Easirent and spoke to Kelly who was so pleasant and very helpful . Within 45 minutes I received a call from Mike informing me that they had managed to get us a motor home and it could be picked up the following day .The motor home was immaculate and all the workings explained .I would highly recommend this company and I will be renting from them in the future. Due to Kelly and Mike we had an amazing holiday and experience doing the NC500.
I can not thank this company enough especially Mike who was the only person in the whole of Wigan who hire out vehicles would help me on a Friday late afternoon when I broke down in an area I do not know miles from home. He went out of his way to help and actually made a bad situation that I felt very vulnerable in seem bearable.Thank you again Mike and team .
A really polite and helpful team running the business that will help you out in any way they can. They were all so helpful when the dates i needed the van for needed to be changed last minute and sorted the booking for the new dates required.I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.
First time hiring a campervan. We were very new to the process and what to do. Found Easirent "easy" to deal with and got the van a day early than paid for. All equipment in working order which made for an enjoyable break away.
